Nares Strait is sporting a new ice bridge - this one in Robeson Channel.

Visible on MOBIS aqua - this arch appears to be backwards - as if the very high southerly winds last night may have opened it. It's located about where the Lincoln Sea Polynya often forms.

Can't wait for MODIS to show the rest of the channel, but at the moment is seems as though Nares, south of Robeson may still be solid.
